Ensure the pet clothing is free of hair, unworn, and has all original tags attached before placing it in its original packaging.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
